- B.S. degree in Mathematics Education from Eastern Kentucky University(1971)
- M.Div. degree in Pastoral Emphasis from Southern Baptist Theology Seminary(1986)

Professional Interests
Working to remove fear and hatred of mathematics through "personalized teaching".
Personal Interests
Reading, travel, playing and listening to most kinds of music, exploring
other cultures.
My few years here at EKU have already proved to be rewarding. Many students who hated math have learned that it need not be feared if they are willing to work and to explore.
